　　1.agree with

　�、俦硎就饽橙嘶蚰橙说囊庖�、想法、分析、解釋等(即持同一觀點)：

　　I don't agree with you.我不同意你的意見。

　　They agreed with this idea.他們同意這個想法。

　　I agree with what you say.我同意你說的。

　　②表示“(食物、天氣、工作等)對…適宜”：

　　The weather doesnot agree with me.這種天氣對我不適宜。

　　Hard work does not agree with him.艱苦的工作對他不適宜。

　�、郾硎�“與…一致”：

　　A verb must agree with its subjectin person and number.動詞必須和它的主語在人稱和數(shù)方面保持一致。

　　What he does does not agree with what he says.他言行不一致。

　　2.agree to

　�、僦饕脕肀硎疽环教岢鲆豁椊ㄗh、安排、計劃等，另一方同意協(xié)作：

　　We agreed to their arrangement.我們同意了他們的安排。

　　She agreed to marriage.她同意結婚。

　　有時agree to也可用來表示“答應”一件自己不愿做的事：

　　I was forced to agree to it,but at heart I didn't quite agree with it.我被迫答應，但內(nèi)心并不完全同意。

　　②后接suggestion,plan,proposal等名詞時，與accept同義：

　　Do you think he will agree to(=accept)my suggestion?你認為他會同意(接受)我的建議嗎?

　�、燮浜蠹瓤山觿釉~原形(此時to是不定式符號)，也可接動名詞(一般有邏輯主語，此時to是介詞)：

　　He agreed to go with us.他同意同我們?nèi)ァ?/p>

　　I never agreed to Mary marrying him.我從來沒同意瑪麗嫁給他。

　　3.agree on[upon]

　�、僦饕鸽p方通過協(xié)商而取得一致意見或達成協(xié)議：

　　We agreed on the price.我們就價格達成了一致意見。

　　Both sides agreed on these terms.雙方都同意這些條件。

　�、诤蠼觿用~(=agree to do sth)：

　　He agreed on lending(=to lend)us some money.他同意借給我們一些錢。

　　Mary agreed on coming[to come]on Monday.瑪麗同意星期一來。

　　4.兩點用法說明：

　　(1)后接表示人的名詞或代詞時，一般只用agree with。

　　(2)agree不能接不定式的復合結構，所以漢語的“同意某人做某事”，不能直譯為agree sb to do sth，而應根據(jù)情況改用其它結構：

　　他們同意我去。

　　正：They agreed to let me go.

　　正：They agreed to my going.
